helpful staff takeaway breakfast rooftop bar

the hotel staff were helpful. they prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early bus to sapa (i really appreciated that). i also got a welcome drink and a voucher for cocktails at the rooftop bar. i think the rooftop bar has a wonderful view.

it was quite busy (but that's understandable).

Really good New Hotel Experience

friendly staff helpful staff

The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with a drink and snacks upon arrival. The hotel stored my bags all day since my train departed at night. They offered spa, pool, and shower access before my departure.

I found that some machines in the fitness center were not working. This limited my workout options . I hope they address this soon.

helpful staff breakfast variety rooftop pool

i was happy to find the staff helpful (especially with directions!). the breakfast buffet had a great variety with different options daily. the rooftop pool was a perfect spot for a quick swim after a day exploring.

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, but i always made it where i needed to go.

WOW! Lovely Stay!

friendly staff smooth flow amazing breakfast

OMG, the staff was ALWAYS accommodating and friendly. I was AMAZED to learn the hotel opened just recently. Everything flowed so smoothly. I unfortunately left my passport at the hotel, the staff helped me get it back. The breakfast WAS amazing, so many choices with GREAT views in the restaurant!

It needs to get better, the sky bar was fully booked on New Years Eve. I wanted to visit the bar for midnight. I was told I could buy a table for £300.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse options, a different variety each morning, it had classic staples. FRESH fruit, pastries, and local dishes were available daily, it provided an AMAZING start. The VIEWS from the restaurant were lovely.

The hotel IS centrally located, it offers easy access to major attractions. I enjoyed walking to nearby landmarks and cultural sites, that was AMAZING. Public transportation options were readily available, this made exploring convenient.

My room was super clean and well kept. The bed was firm, the pillows were soft, it was PERFECT after a LONG day.
