the hotel staff were helpful. they prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early bus to sapa (i really appreciated that). i also got a welcome drink and a voucher for cocktails at the rooftop bar. i think the rooftop bar has a wonderful view.

The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with a drink and snacks upon arrival. The hotel stored my bags all day since my train departed at night. They offered spa, pool, and shower access before my departure.

I found that some machines in the fitness center were not working. This limited my workout options . I hope they address this soon.

OMG, the staff was ALWAYS accommodating and friendly. I was AMAZED to learn the hotel opened just recently. Everything flowed so smoothly. I unfortunately left my passport at the hotel, the staff helped me get it back. The breakfast WAS amazing, so many choices with GREAT views in the restaurant!

It needs to get better, the sky bar was fully booked on New Years Eve. I wanted to visit the bar for midnight. I was told I could buy a table for £300.
